A collaboration in which the material naturally takes centre stage.
American cotton, Japanese denim, authentic textures and artisanal craftsmanship give the Pochette 4 a new character while preserving its original purpose: protecting watches and accompanying collectors wherever they go.

Material as a signature
At Scatola del Tempo, a material is never chosen for aesthetic reasons alone.
Its touch, texture, the way it catches the light and, above all, the way it develops over time are all part of the identity of the object.
This philosophy finds a natural echo in the world of FORTELA.

Drawing inspiration from military garments, workwear and vintage archives, the Italian brand founded by Alessandro Squarzi has built its identity around authentic materials and the character they acquire through use.
Its pieces are conceived between Italy and Japan with a simple idea in mind: to create objects made to be lived with, worn and kept for years to come.
American cotton, Japanese denim
For this collaboration, the Pochette 4 moves away from the leather traditionally associated with Scatola del Tempo to explore a different tactile language.
American cotton meets Japanese denim, interpreted through Fortela’s distinctive eye for authentic textiles and materials with a story to tell.
The use of traditional Toyoda shuttle looms contributes to the unique character of the fabric.
Rather than seeking perfect uniformity, the material is allowed to express its own personality and evolve naturally with use.
Like a watch worn on the wrist, it carries the traces of time.

A relationship built on trust
PISA 1940 has been a longstanding partner of Scatola del Tempo for many years.
Beyond the commercial relationship lies a shared understanding of watchmaking, service and the objects that accompany collectors in their passion.
Creating this exclusive interpretation of the Pochette 4 was therefore a natural continuation of that relationship, bringing together our craftsmanship with Fortela’s unmistakable approach to materials.
Three houses, three different stories, united by the same belief: beautiful objects are not simply made to be preserved.
They are made to be lived with, and to gain character as time passes.

Exclusively for PISA 1940
These two creations were developed exclusively for PISA 1940.
They are not part of the Scatola del Tempo collection and are available exclusively from PISA 1940.
Both models are available exclusively from PISA 1940.
