GENERAL INFORMATION VALID FOR ANY PROCESSING
All processing carried out through this website is based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.
It is possible to exercise the rights set out in the above-mentioned articles of law at any time by making an explicit request to the data controller or processor. It is also possible to request precise information about the persons who process the data on behalf of the data controller (Data Processors, Persons in Charge, etc.).
During processing operations, an adequate level of protection and confidentiality will be guaranteed in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR.
Should the Website use personal information for purposes other than those set out in this policy, specific consent will be requested from the User.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR EACH TYPE OF PROCESSING
a. Use of data for promotional purposes
Type of data processed: personal contact data.
Purpose: commercial/promotional information activities (sending of newsletters) by automated and traditional means, subject to the consent and opposition of the data subject (Art. 6 lett. a) EU Reg. 2016/679).
Legal basis: Art. 6 lett. a) GDPR: the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Storage period: until the consent is revoked.
Nature of conferment: optional, in the absence of explicit consent no commercial or promotional communications will be sent.
b. Data collected from the use of our services by the User
Type of data processed:
- anonymised Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- date and time;
- type of connection (http-https);
- destination and origin url;
- browser and OS identification string;
- connection status code.
Purpose: to obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); to check the correct functioning of the services offered.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.
Legal basis: Art. 6 lett f) GDPR: processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a minor.
Storage periods: browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted or anonymised immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
Nature of conferment: compulsory in order to use the website functionalities.

Nature of provision of data: the provision of data is necessary in order to respond fully and correctly to requests.
Storage periods: data will be stored for periods compatible with the purpose of collection and subsequently deleted. The data may be communicated to third parties only when it is functional to providing a correct response to the data subject.
d. Website registration:
Registration to the Website takes place through the creation of a profile (to which a user name and password chosen by the user is associated) linked to the user's e-mail address.
Type of data processed: personal contact data.
Purpose: to create a personal account useful for the use of the services offered by the Data Controller through the site and to access the online portal.
Legal basis: art. 6 lett. b) GDPR the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.
Nature of the provision of data: the provision of data is necessary in order to correctly record the profile of the data subject.
Storage periods: the data will be stored for periods compatible with the purpose of collection and subsequently deleted. The data may be communicated to third parties only when it is functional to provide correct feedback to the data subject.
e. Online purchases on e-commerce platform:
Type of data processed: personal contact data, data relating to the geographical location of the data subject, history of purchases made.
Purpose: As part of the processes of purchasing products on the website, we collect your personal data for pre-contractual, contractual, administrative and accounting purposes (including the handling of complaints and litigation).
Legal basis: art. 6 lett. b) GDPR the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
Nature of conferment: the conferment of data is necessary in order to complete the purchase process on the website.
Storage period: for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
Where necessary, data may be communicated only to competent authorities, trusted parties appointed by the Website Owner to carry out tasks of a technical and/or organisational nature (provision of legal, accounting, tax, consultancy services, etc.). Your data may be communicated to partner companies appointed as external data processors pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 in order to fulfil your requests. Personal data are not subject to dissemination or transfer outside the EU.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of the processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this service is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself.

LOG AND COOKIES
The site uses only temporary cookies. Some information is also automatically collected during the visit and navigation of the Site pages (type of browser used, time of connection, IP addresses, ISPs, etc.) and stored in logs.
